In this course you will learn how ABBYY’s Process Intelligence platform allows businesses to analyze information contained within their systems to create a visual model of their business processes – in real time. This course covers all the analysis tools available in ABBYY Timeline. This course is created based on ABBYY Timeline, version 6.1.

If you have already taken the ABBYY Timeline 5.3 courses, there’s a faster way to find out what’s new in versions 6.0 and 6.1. Please go to our ABBYY Timeline 6.0 and 6.1 Gap Course; it was designed for people who have completed 5.3 training and need to find out what’s new in versions 6.0 and 6.1.

This course prepares students to take the ABBYY Timeline Analyst certification test (along with the ABBYY Timeline Core Functionality version 6.1 course).

Although all the courses are stand-alone, we recommend you take them in the following order:
1) ABBYY Timeline Core Functionality;
2) ABBYY Timeline Analysis;
3) ABBYY Timeline SFTP Upload (optional).

During this course you will learn how to:
  • Analyze your processes from the point of view of its duration, costs, and effectiveness;
  • Identify bottlenecks in your processes so they may be automated or otherwise rectified;
  • Follow your workflow and find out when your processes stop, preventing further activity;
  • Provide at-a-glance views of KPIs relevant to a particular objective or business process;
  • Make predictions, based on current data, on how your processes will perform;
  • Try all the analysis tools on the provided sample data, where you can freely explore the many options and capabilities.

  • Internet connection and internet browser;
  • Headset or speakers;

  • Printer - optional, to print PDF instructions.
