This exam validates your knowledge and skills gained through the ABBYY Vantage Certified Developer Learning Plan, including:
- Understanding and explaining the differences between Deep Learning, Fast Learning, and rules-based approaches
- Integrating ABBYY Vantage with external applications using the REST API, including authentication, document processing, and connector development for automated workflows
- Creating and configuring Extraction Rules to extract data accurately
- Applying various classification methods, including general classification, classification by company, and script-based classification
- Understanding the role of Natural Language Processing (NLP) in data extraction and using NLP activities in workflows
- Designing and applying Splitter Skills to divide documents efficiently
- Writing and integrating scripts within Extraction Rules to implement complex data extraction logic
- Reviewing, analyzing, and managing hypotheses generated during the extraction process
After you pass the exam, you will be certified. You will receive an automated email with your PDF certificate, and your certification badge will be available under the My Profile tab. Certification is valid for 1 year.
Certification Preparation
Official ABBYY training: ABBYY Vantage Certified Developer Learning Plan. Completion of the Learning Plan is recommended but is NOT a required prerequisite for taking this certification exam.

Exam Details
Click "Enroll" to enroll in the certification exam. When you are ready, press "Take Exam". The exam will start once you accept the terms and conditions.
Exam parameters:
- Time limit of 1 hour
- 20 questions
- Passing Score is 80% or above
- Unlimited attempts
- First retake interval is 0 hours, subsequent retake interval is 96 hours (four days)
- Language: English
